BALANCE AND NEUTRALITY: WHY ARE THEY SO IMPORTANT ON MY SPIRITUAL GROWTH JOURNEY?


The journey of spiritual growth is about learning to navigate the ups and downs of life, understanding ourselves better, and finding inner peace. In this process, maintaining balance and achieving neutrality are two essential elements that protect us from emotional turbulence, mental chaos, and energetic blockages. But why are they so important, and how can we cultivate them? Here’s my perspective on the role of balance and neutrality in spiritual development.


1. What Do Balance and Neutrality Mean?

Life is full of constantly changing events, emotions, and thoughts. Sometimes we feel immense joy, while other times we get caught up in sadness, anger, or stress. This is where maintaining inner balance and achieving neutrality come into play.

  • Balance is the ability to stay centered mentally, emotionally, and energetically. It means learning to remain stable without being overly affected by external factors.
  • Neutrality is the state of observing situations and emotions without reacting impulsively, accepting them as they are. Instead of being swept away by emotions, it’s about approaching them with awareness and conserving our energy.

When we lose our balance, we struggle both spiritually and physically. We may experience stress, anxiety, fatigue, and a lack of motivation. However, when we establish inner balance, we can respond to situations in a healthier way and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

  • Practicing breathing techniques: Deep breathing instantly calms my nervous system and brings me back to balance.

We all face difficult moments in life. What truly matters is how we respond to them. Instead of reacting impulsively, stepping back and evaluating situations from a neutral perspective helps protect our inner peace.


3. What Is Reiki and How Does It Help Maintain Balance?

Reiki is a healing technique that helps regulate energy flow and restore physical and spiritual balance.

  • The principles of Reiki: It is based on the transfer of universal life energy through the hands.
  • Regulating energy flow: Reiki removes blockages and allows energy to flow freely, balancing emotions such as stress, anxiety, and anger.
  • Supporting inner peace: Reiki sessions promote mental and emotional relaxation, contributing to achieving neutrality.

After receiving Reiki, many people experience a sense of lightness and peace. I personally incorporate Reiki into my routine to maintain balance and support my spiritual journey.

Like Reiki, Pranic Healing is another technique used to cleanse and balance our energy body.

  • What is Pranic Healing? It is a practice that removes negative energies and balances chakras using the hands.
